Sign of Libra

It shall be every word affection, if recited by Mercury in Libra, in the Venusian conjunction. It is not the case of this writing, for what I excuse the harshness beforehand: cause Libra, the diurnal abode of Venus, is this: affection, harmony, beauty.

In zodiacal opposition to Aries, the impulsive sign of air is all uniting, all harmonizing. And affectionately it is promised: calm joy flusting the soul, entering already in the seas of Neptune, Zodiacal constellation of Pisces, the exaltation of Venus: marine stage that is only inebriate and dreams ...

Her home, however, is of balanced features: balance of flowers and scents and fragrances and honey of bees that permeate lilies and lyres and poems and whispers and candor, everything that in life is made sweetness and lightness. If it was not the influence of Venus the whole world would be chaos: one by one without really understanding, which is an understanding feeling.

What harmonizes, what is caress and feeling, is Venus uniting from within. And her step on Earth is seen in everything that is so much force without force having to be: what convinces. To calm, to impress, to move: from poetry to rhetoric, from songs to prayers with when one wants to convince even a God: Venus is the force that beams such a diverse world without having to squeeze it, without taking anything away from it. We give way to Venus as the will of destiny yields to the sea: when we see that in yielding only to ourselves there is not the same charm that only Her knows how to give.

And so it is in the world harmony, dance, choir and party. Ultimately, every aspect between planets that seems favorable is also an aspect of Venus: she influences the ballet from Heaven itself. Let us not forget the lesson of the Stagirite who, when asked how the mover of the world would move it standing still, answered " Just as the Beloved moves the Lover without having to move either ..." Daughter of Uranus - the Aquarian regent - with the seas of Neptune where she was born - in perhaps the most beautiful passage of all Greek belief - immortalized by Botticelli.

Everything that in our mysterious sky touches the Librian spheres takes on this air of affection, harmony and equilibrium - of convincing and awakening, the reverse of any dispute. The difficulty, with this, in our so sublunar world, is usually to remember the opposite: Aries, our own individuality; And to not lose ourselves in too much only of what is external to us - and the assertive force, which in this sign is more obnubilated, what can result in distressing indecision.

After all, as Sappho, the most Venusian of the Greek minds, has said "that this night may last two nights": that our assertiveness be done only to affirm firm and clear! In the impregnable recital! That will be by definite and now greater moments! Of the sweet anguish of a Librian indecision...
